This monoclonal antibody reacts to the Small Cell Lung Cancer (SCLC) antigen. Clone 123C3 also reacts with the 145 and 185 kDa isomorphic glycoprotein regions of the neural cell adhesion molecule (N-CAM, CD56). The antibody stains peripheral nerve, adrenal glands, thyroid-follicular epithelium, renal tubules, hepatocytes, and pancreatic cells. It is useful in the detection of NK 8 NK-like-T-Cell lymphoma.
