CD68 Mouse Monoclonal Antibody (clone KP1), Predilute
This monoclonal antibody reacts with CD68 antigen (T9 antigen), a 110 kDa glycoprotein. It is expressed primarily as an intracytoplasmic molecule, and is associated with lysosomal granules that are expressed in macrophages in a wide variety of tissues. The antibody detects malignant histiocytosis and true histiocytic lymphoma. Positive tissue: Tonsil/lymph node.
