BrdU mAb, Mouse (ZBU30) (Novex®)
This purified mouse anti-BrdU monoclonal antibody with BrdU incorporated into cells of any species. Detection of incorporated BrdU is useful in identifying cells in the S phase of the cell cycle.

Anti-BrdU monoclonal antibody is chromatographically purified from ascites. Specifically, anti-BrdU antibody reacts with BrdU that is used to label S-phase cells and will cross-react with iododeoxyuridine (IodU). Anti-BrdU is useful for cell cycle kinetic studies in normal tissue or cells and solid tumors. This antibody is suitable for the staining S-phase cells containing BrdU incorporated DNA. BrdU can be incorporated into newly synthesized strand of DNA of S-phase cell in vivo and in vitro. To stain the cells or tissue, incubate this antibody with the specimen for 1 hour at room temperature or overnight at 4°C
