Digest-All Kit (Novex®)
Enzymatic digestion may be required to reveal antigenic sites in formalin-fixed, paraffinembedded tissue. However, optimal digestion conditions vary greatly depending on the fixation/antigen combination. The Digest-All has a flexible and standardized system for tissue digestion. The degree of digestion is based on a standardized 10 minute ncubation at 37°C. The trypsin solution is supplied with diluent so that different trypsin concentrations can be made to generate a range of digestion activity between that of Ficin and Pepsin. Digest-All™ 1, 2 and 3 are stable for 12 months. All components are in liquid form.
