Product Overview: For use to enrich for specific regions of chromatin that are immunoprecipitated with a specific antibody for a chromatin protein. Works with all eukaryotic cell types. Detection of the gene or promoter of interest in immunoprecipitated chromatin must be empirically determined by the researcher. Quantitative PCR detection is recommended.
