Chromogenic substrate for dipeptidyl peptidase IV (DPIV, DPPIV, CD26), DPP7/II, DPP8, DPP9, FAP, PCP/PRCP, POP/PREP, and likely other prolyl peptidases. Can be used in vitro for inhibitor screening, on cultured cells, and in biological fluids. Hydrolysis of this substrate can be monitored at 405-410 nm.
