Fluorogenic substrate for caspase-1 (Km=4µM) and -5 (Km=15µM). Also a substrate for caspase-4 (Km=31µM). This fluorogenic caspase-1 substrate with an optimal tetrapeptide sequence is cleaved 50-fold more efficiently than Ac-YVAD-AMC (Prod. No. ALX-260-024).
