Background Information: Murine RANK (receptor activator of NF-kB) is a newly discovered member of the TNFR family, identified as a dendritic cell membrane protein. The recombinant murine sRANK Ligand is a soluble 19.4 kDa protein, comprising the 174 amino acid residue TNF homologous region of RANKL.
