Biological Activity: The mouse IL-17 is fully biologically active when compared to standard. The ED₅₀ as determined by the dose-dependent secretion of IL-6 by NIH 3T3 cells was found to be 1.0 –10.0 ng/ml.
Reconstitution Instructions: Reconstitute in water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 µg/µl (Note: Gently pipetting to dissolve). The solution can be diluted into other aqueous buffers and stored at 4°C for 1 week or –20°C for future use.
