Background Information: Murine eotaxin shares many of the biological and physical characteristics of human eotaxin. The chemokine exhibits a high chemotactic selectivity for eosinophils and belongs to the C-C family of chemokines, along with chemokines such as RANTES, MCP-3, and MIP-1 α. Murine eotaxin is an 8.4 kDa protein containing 74 amino acid residues.
Handling: Centrifuge the vial prior to opening.
Usage: For Research Use Only! Not to be used in humans. |
