High primer specificity is observed with this buffer within a broad range of annealing temperatures. Quality Control Tested for the absence of endo-, exodeoxyribonucleases, ribonucleases and functionally tested in amplification of 956 bp DNA fragment of a single-copy gene of human genomic DNA.
