Chromogranin A protein is widely expressed in neuronal tissues and secretory granules of endocrine cells such as parathyroid gland, adrenal medulla, anterior pituitary, pancreatic islets and C cells of the thyroid. This antibody will help identify chromogranin A in normal and uncharacterized tissues. |
