Functional Aspects:
p63 exists as at least six isoforms and is found in several normal tissues including proliferating cells of epithelium, cervix, urothelium and prostate. It has an altered expression in some cancers and is essential for certain tissue development and morphogenesis. This antibody will help detect p63 in normal and uncharacterized tissues. |
