Functional Aspects:
This antibody reacts with a molecule found in many tissues including most epithelial and endothelial cells. It also recognizes about 90% of all neuroblastomas but not other tumor types, such as leukemia, rhabdomyosarcoma or Wilms’ tumor. It does, however, recognize about half of cases for Ewing’s sarcoma. This antibody may help further characterize tissues in research applications. |
